Just wanted to say what a great staff Western Passion has. I purchased an iron bed from them several months ago. The bed was not being made any longer but...thanks to Jill's efforts, she was able to make that happen. The bed is beautiful and I have received so many comments on it. What I am equally happy with is the incredible customer service I received from Jill and Ja'Nae. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. They kept me abreast of the status all along the way. Honestly, I have never purchased any furniture on line before but having this excellent experience will allow me to do it again.
